This list highlights notable disc golfers and pro disc golf player sponsorship updates from the 2025–2026 offseason, including departures and signings.

2026 January

January 25th:

  • Zachary Nash, 38th in DGPT standings in 2025, has signed a 1-year contract with Goliath Discs!

January 24th:

  • Josh Miller (better known as J-Milly) has signed a 1-year contract with Discmania.

January 23rd:

  • Alden Harris has signed a 2-year contract extension with Discmania.

January 22nd:

  • Austin Turner signs a one-year new contract and joins Discraft’s Elite Team for the 2026 season!
  • Joey Temali parts ways with MVP discs!
  • Joey Buckets aka Joseph Anderson has signed a 2-year contract extension with Kastaplast!
  • Paige Shue signs a one-year contract extension with Discraft for the 2026 season.

January 21st:

January 20th:

  • Hanna Huynh has signed a 1-year contract extension with Discraft and promoted from Tour to Elite Team!
  • Silas Schultz has signed a 1-year new contract with MVP!
  • Paul Krans signed a 1-year contract extension with MVP!

January 19th:

Discraft announced 3 Elite Team members: Missy Gannon (2-year contract extension), Ricky Wysocki (on-going 3-year contract) and Adam Hammes (1-year contract extension).

  • Calvin Lonnquist, 59th in DGPT standings in 2025, joins team MVP for the 2026 season!
  • Chandler Kramer has signed a 1-year contract extension with Gateway.

January 18th:

Discraft announced 3 more Elite Team members: Anthony Barela (on-going 3-year contract), Holyn Handley (2-year extension) and Ezra Robinson (on-going 2-year extension).

January 17th:

Discraft announced 3 Elite Team members: Valerie Mandujano (1-year contract extension), Ezra Aderhold (2-year contract extension) and Paul McBeth (on-going 10-year/10mil contract).

January 16th:

Discraft announced 3 newest additions to their European Tour Team, which include 2025 Finnish Nationals MPO champion Daniel Davidsson, 1023-rated Finnish pro player Nestori Tuhkanen and Latvias highest-rated FPO player Sintija Klezberga!

Discraft also announced addition to their USA Tour Team, including Addison Woodard, Chandler Fry, Cynthia Ricciotti, Eden Fornoff, Hayden Carroll, Kelley Foster, Lexi Marx, Daniel Polk, Colten Montgomery, Kevin Kiefer and Evan Scott.

  • 13-year-old & 2025 Swedish Nationals FPO champion, Julia Fors from Sweden, has signed a one-year contract with Latitude 64!
  • 2022 Finnish Nationals MJ15 Champion Oiva Päivänsalo has signed a one-year contract extension with Discmania.

January 15th:

  • Chris Clemons returns to Dynamic Discs and signs a one-year contract.
  • 5X FPO World Champion and 17-time Major winner, Paige Pierce, signed a 2-year contract extension with Discraft!

January 14th:

  • Zach Melton continues with Dynamic Discs in 2026.
  • Chris Dickerson, 18th in DGPT standings in 2025, signed a 3-year contract extension with Discraft!
  • 2X Danish National Champion Hjalte Jensen is continuing with Discmania for 2026.
  • 2024 AM USDGC & AM World Champion, Ryan Monn, continues with team Discraft for 2026.

January 13th:

  • Harry Chace signed a one-year contract extension with Discmania.
  • Silas Schultz, 34th in DGPT standings in 2025, parts ways with Discmania.
  • Jakub Semerád, 52nd in DGPT standings in 2025, announced a one-year contract extension with Latitude 64.
  • Braeden Sides has signed a one-year contract extension with Kastaplast.
  • Gavin Babcock signed a 2-year contract extension with Discmania!

January 12th:

Powerball becomes official presenting partner of the Disc Golf Pro Tour (DGPT) – The Tour will now be officially known as the Disc Golf Pro Tour Presented by Powerball®, with Powerball’s name also attached to key components of the Tour’s competition structure throughout the year, including the season-long points race now named the Powerball® DGPT World Standings, and the closing stretch of season tournaments competing under the banner of the Powerball® DGPT Playoffs.

  • 1X Swedish FPO National Champion, Amanda Lennartsson, announced a one-year contract extension with Discmania.
  • Niklas Anttila to Discraft rumors have been quashed! Anttila continues with Discmania as he signed a four year contract with Discmania back in 2024 through 2027.
  • Macie Velediaz announced a one-year contract extension with Dynamic Discs.

January 11th:

  • Hanna Huynh, 12th in DGPT FPO standings in 2025, has signed a one-year new contract with Mellow Disc Golf.

January 9th:

Prodigy announced their Core Team for 2026, the roster includes Luke Humphries as Core Team Captain, Brandon Brown, Dylan Capaccioli, Jonathan Fletcher, Matt Hammersten, Jake Hebenheimer, Noah Higgins, Manabu Kajiyama, Jesse Longenecker and Harper Thompson.

January 8th:

  • Matt Bell, 45th in DGPT standings in 2025, continues with Thought Space Athlethics for 2026.

DGA announced their Tour Team for 2026, which includes Andrew Miranda, Eliezra Midtlyng, Jake Monn, Andrew Marwede, Sullivan Tipton, Cole Redalen and Catrina Allen.

  • Luke Humphries has signed a 2-year contract extension with Prodigy as Core Team Captain!

January 7th:

  • MPO disc golfer Jaden Rye, 48th in DGPT standings in 2025, has signed a one-year new contract with DGA!
  • Miss Frisbees aka Chantel Budinsky, 27th in DGPT FPO standings in 2025, parts ways Prodigy Discs!

January 5th:

  • FPO disc golfer Lexi Marx, 61st in DGPT standings in 2025, announced the signing of a new one-year contract with Discraft.

January 4th:

  • Robert Burridge, 37th in DGPT standings in 2025, has signed a one-year contract extension with Dynamic Discs.

January 3rd:

  • Austen Bates joins Gateway Disc Sports Tour team for 2026.
  • Raven Newsom has signed a one-year contract extension with MVP Disc Sports.
  • After 7 years on the road, Deann and AJ Carey retire from full time touring!

January 2nd:

  • 18-year-old and currently 1025-rated pro disc golfer Dallas Garber has signed a one-year sponsorship to join team Lightspeed, alongside Stokely Discs and is officially set to begin his rookie season on the Disc Golf Pro Tour!
  • Finnish MPO disc golfer Luukas Rokkanen announced a one-year contract extension with Finnish manufacturer Prodiscus!

January 1st:

  • United Kingdom’s current best FPO player Rachel Turton announced departure from Prodigy Discs.
  • Parker Welck has signed a one-year contract extension with Dynamic Discs!
  • Zach Arlinghaus, 73rd in DGPT MPO standings in 2025, continues with Discraft for 2026.
  • Finnish MPO disc golfers Eetu Tuominen and Onni Ruusunen announced one-year contract extensions with Innova.
  • Kevin Kiefer III announced a one-year contract extension with Discraft.
  • Connor Rock, 79th in DGPT MPO standings in 2025, has signed a extension with Innova for 2026.
  • Jennifer Allen, 31st in DGPT FPO standings in 2025, continues with Innova in this upcoming season.
  • 14-year-old and 1X PDGA Junior World Champion Estonian MPO phenom Taaniel Mehine, 995-rated, continues with Innova in 2026.
  • Calvin Lonnquist departs from Innova Discs.
  • 14-year-old FPO disc golfer MJ Gager has signed a 2-year contract extension with Innova. She’s also been promoted to the Innova Crew Team.
  • Morgan Lynds and Jordan Lynds will continue representing Discraft for the upcoming 2026 season after signing one-year contract extensions.

Somewhat surprisingly Innova continues to hand out only one-year-long contracts to its touring team professional players such as 1X World Champion Eveliina Salonen and reigning FPO and FP40 World Champion Ohn Scoggins.

  • Kona Montgomery continues with Innova in 2026!
  • 18-year-old Carter Ahrens has signed a contract with Innova Discs for the 2026 season!
  • 5X Finnish Nationals FPO Champion Henna Blomroos continues with Innova in 2026.
  • 2X Swedish National MPO Champion and 2023 European Champion, Dennis Augustsson, continues with Innova Discs in 2026.
  • Former D1 athlete Taylor Chocek aka Disctay, 36th in 2025 FPO DGPT standings, continues with Discraft in 2026!
  • Bradley Williams, 21st in 2025 DGPT standings, announced a one-year contract extension with Innova Discs, his 10th seaason with Innova!
  • Finnish MPO disc golfer Severi Saviniemi signed a one-year contract extension with Innova.
  • 1X FPO World Champion Eveliina Salonen has signed a one-year contract extension with Innova Discs!

The TOP 10 tournament prize money earners in 2025 cashed in a whopping $953,082! A 12% decrease from last year.
