The 2024 disc golf season is officially in the books! We once again saw multiple cash records being set & history being made. This time by none other than Gannon Buhr and Kristin Lätt.
Fun Fact! The TOP 10 tournament prize money earners in 2024 cashed in a whopping $1,082,112, that’s an 14.8% increase from last year! To make it to the TOP 10 list a player needed to earn at least $76,349, up +$9,594 from last year.
NB! The list is final and will not change further, as the year has concluded and all tournament earnings have been submitted to the PDGA. In addition, the total earnings are based on the PDGA Player Statistics page and only earnings from the MPO and FPO divisions are counted.
Without further ado. Here are the TOP 10 tournament prize money earners in disc golf in 2024:
#1 – Gannon Buhr: $211,432

Gannon Buhr’s 2024 season in a nutshell:
Gannon Buhr, sponsored by Discmania, won 2 Majors, the European Open and USDGC. In addition, he snagged 7 Elite Series victories, finished 1st in the DGPT standings, 4.21 average finishing spot, had a 96% top 10 finish rate and made $211,432 in tournament prize money earnings in single-season!
Buhr didn’t just beat Kristin Lätt’s previous record of $116,247 set in 2023, he blew it out of the water! To top things off, fans are speculating that Buhr’s 2024 season might be one of the greatest MPO seasons of all-time!
#2 – Ricky Wysocki: $128,090
When it comes down to consistency, Ricky Wysocki is your man! In 2024, Wysocki set a new personal season earnings record at $128,090.
Wysocki’s biggest payouts of the 2024 season:
- $20,000 – 2nd place at DGPT Championship;
- $10,000 – 1st place at DGPT Preserve;
- $8,500 – 6th place at Pro Worlds (Major);
- $8,500 – 2nd place at DGPT GMC.
#3 – Missy Gannon: $104,150
Missy Gannon’s, sponsored by Discraft, biggest payout was from the DGPT Championship, where she finished 1st and earned $35,000, 2nd biggest payout came from 1st place at the USWDGC (Major) earning her $12,000.
This is the most tournament prize money “Big Money Missy” has ever earned in single season!
Missy Gannon’s 2024 season in a nutshell:
- 1 Major victory;
- 5 Elite Series victories;
- $104,245 earned;
- 1st in DGPT standings;
- DGPT FPO Player of the Year.

#4 – Kristin Lätt: $101,949
Kristin Lätt (formely Tattar) had a spectacular 2024 season! She was crowned the 2024 PDGA FPO Player of the Year. In addition, she made HISTORY and became the first ever 1000-rated FPO player in the sport’s history!
Kristin won the European Open (Major) and snagged 5 Elite Series victories. She finished 3rd in the DGPT standings and averaged a stellar 2.6 finish. Her worst finish was at 8th place… 80% (12/15) podium finishes and 100% top 10 finishes.
Lätt’s biggest payouts:
- $16,000 – 2nd place at DGPT Championship;
- $13,000 – 1st place at TPWDGC;
- $10,000 – 1st place at GMC.
#5 – Calvin Heimburg: $100,415
Finishing off the 6-figure prize money earners list is none other than Calvin Heimburg.
Calvin raked in $16,000 by finishing 2nd at the USDGC (Major), 1st place and $13,000 from OTB Open and $11,000 by finishing 4th at PDGA Pro Worlds.
A total of $100,415 tournament prize money earnings in the 2024 season puts Calvin Heimburg in 5th spot in our list.
#6 – Niklas Anttila: $91,777
Niklas Anttila had a stellar 2024 season! He finished 2nd at PDGA Pro Worlds and cashed in a whopping $20,000! He also became the first Finnish MPO player to win a DGPT event by winning the Open at Austin, where he won a total $10,000. Anttila finished inside top 10 at every single Major in 2024 and cashed in a total $35,378 in tournament prize money from those four events alone.
#7 – Ohn Scoggins: $91,752
Ohn Scoggins’ biggest payout was from the DGPT Championship, where she finished 2nd and cashed in a total of $16,000. In addition, Scoggins also won the FP40 World Championships!
Fun fact! Ohn Scoggins cashed in 3 different divisions in 2024:
$470 in MPO;
$91,752 in FPO;
$1,500 in FP40.
Ohn’s total from all the division combined would be: $93,722.
#8 – Anthony Barela: $89,898
Anthony Barela had an incredible season! He won a total of four DGPT Elite Series events and is ranked #8 among the top 10 earners in disc golf in 2024.
Anthony Barela’s biggest winnings in 2024 include:
- DGPT Chess.com Invitational +$10,000 in February;
- DGPT Texas State Championship +$10,000 in March;
- DGPT Jonesboro +$10,000 in April;
- DGPT DMC +$13,000 in July;
- 2nd place at USDGC +$16,000 in October.
#9 – Isaac Robinson: $86,300
Isaac Robinson would have had a “meh” season, but then he decided to become a back-to-back MPO Disc Golf World Champion! By winning Pro Worlds, he earned a staggering $30,000 in tournament prize money and finished 9th on our list of top earners in 2024!
#10 – Eveliina Salonen: $76,349
Finishing off the TOP 10 Prize Money earners in 2024 is the 1X FPO Disc Golf World Champion, Eveliina Salonen!
In addition to becoming the 1-time FPO World Champion, Eveliina won the 2024 PDGA Champions Cup (Major), where she cashed in $9,500. She also finished 4th at the DGPT Championship, +$9,000!
