The 2025 disc golf season is officially in the books!
The TOP 10 tournament prize money earners in 2025 cashed in a whopping $953,082! A 12% decrease from last year. To make it to the TOP 10 list a player needed to earn at least $73,640, down -$2,709 from last year.
NB! The list is not final and might change in the further, as the year has not yet concluded and some players will most likely compete at local PDGA sanctioned events. In addition, the list includes players with the most prize cash earned in a single year (2025) from all PDGA events across all divisions.
Without further ado. Here are the TOP 10 tournament prize money earners in disc golf in 2025:
#1 – Gannon Buhr: $164,751
1X World Champion!
Gannon Buhr’s 2025 season in a nutshell:
Gannon Buhr, sponsored by Discmania, is officially now a 1X Disc Golf World Champion! In addition, he snagged 5 Elite Series victories and finished 1st in the DGPT standings. A total of 13 podium finishes (62%), 4.38 average finishing spot, had a 86% top 10 finish rate and made $164,751 in tournament prize money earnings in single-season!
Gannon Buhr’s PDGA career earnings now stand at $570,963!
#2 – Holyn Handley: $111,308
Holyn Handley sets her career-high single year tournament prize money earnings record in 2025 as she rakes in a whopping $111,308 during the 2025 season in tournament prize money earnings. This is the second-highest FPO cash earnings in a single year following Kristin Lätt in 2023 ($116,137).
Holyn’s biggest payouts of the 2025 season:
- $30,000 – 1st place at DGPT Championship;
- $15,000 – 1st place at DGPT Match Play Championship;
- $7,650 – 1st Open at Austin (DGPT+);
- $7,500 – 1st Northwest DG Championship (DGPT+).
#3 – Calvin Heimburg: $104,337
1X Major Champion!

#4 – Anthony Barela: $93,877
1X USDGC Champion!
Barela’s accomplishments during the 2025 season:
- FIRST MPO Major victory (USDGC);
- 1X DGPT Elite Series win;
- 6th in DGPT standings,
- Surpassed $300,000 in PDGA career earnings.
#5 – Missy Gannon: $93,446
Even though the TPWDGC is not officially a Major event, yet. Missy raked in a whopping $15,000 by winning it and another $12,000 from 2025 PDGA Champions Cup (Major). She also took down the MVP Open, another +$11,000! They don’t call her Big Money Missy for no reason!
Missy Gannon finished the 2025 DGPT season in 2nd place.
#6 – Paul McBeth: $80,261
The GOAT is BACK?!
Paul McBeth finished 6th in the 2025 earners list, earning a hefty $80,261.
McBeth won the 2025 GMC and LWS Open at Idlewild, +$15,000 and +$13,000. In addition, Paul finished 2nd at the 2025 USDGC, +$13,500.
Paul McBeth current PDGA career earnings stand at $867,097.09, 2nd all-time highest (1st Ricky Wysocki).
#7 – Silva Saarinen: $78,826
1X Major Champion!
Silva Saarinen earned a total of $78,826 during the 2025 season, by far the best season she’s ever had!
Saarinen won the 2025 European Disc Golf Festival (Major) and raked in a paycheck of $9,643. But her biggest paycheck came from finishing 3rd at the DGPT Championship, +$10,000.
Saarinen finished 4th in the DGPT standings.
#8 – Ohn Scoggins: $77,867
TWO WORLD Champion titles in a SINGLE YEAR!
Ohn Scoggins has achieved something truly incredible, she is the 2025 FPO World Champion and 2025 FP40+ World Champion! A feat that will most probably never be broken, unless Scoggins decides to win them both again in 2026.
PS! The 2025 FP40+ World Championship victory was Scoggins’ seventh PDGA Masters Major win!
By winning the FPO World Championships, Scoggins bagged $15,000 and her 2nd highest paycheck came from winning the 2025 LWS Open at Idlewild +$8,000. Scoggins finished 3rd in the DGPT standings.
Fun fact! Ohn Scoggins cashed in 2 different divisions in 2025:
$75,867 in FPO;
$2,000 in FP40.
Ohn’s total from all the division combined would be: $77,867.
#9 – Niklas Anttila $74,769
Anttila’s biggest paychecks came from winning the DGPT+ event the Open at Austin +$11,650 and MCO +$10,000. He has also officially surpassed $250,000 in PDGA career earnings.

#10 – Isaac Robinson: $73,640
Finishing off the TOP 10 Prize Money earners in 2025 is Isaac Robinson with $73,640 earned during the 2025 season!
I. Robinson has also surpassed $350,000 in PDGA career earnings by winning yet another Major in 2025 and raking in a whopping $16,000 in tournament prize money. His second biggest paycheck came from DGPT Championship +$12,500. I. Robinson is now a 4X Major Champion!
